Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Emo Nite gear, but if it's not a phase and you truly need a different size or style, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
